We just returned from our stay at the Twin Pine Manor. What an incredible place to escape life for a bit. The Manor was spotless, staff was incredible, a special acknowledgement to Amy who was an amazing host. I have never had a more enjoyable stay than the last few days we spent at the Manor. Its a hidden treasure.
We very much enjoyed our recent stay at Twin Pines Manor. The entire facility is very beautiful with different places to sit and relax. Our room was lovely, bed was comfy, loved the gas fireplace and whirlpool tub. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. The staff was gracious and kind and attentive to the guests. Thank you for a great experience.
This is a wonderful place. Beautifully appointed, lovely grounds, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Coffee and refreshments are available thru the day and a helpful notebook on recommended restaurants. I hope our travel plans bring us to the Manor again!
Beautiful stay. Entire facility is immaculate inside and out. Our room, the Alpine Suite, was very spacious and very comfortable. Window coverings on the top windows could be removed to allow more natural light. Slept great every night on extremely comfortable king bed. Breakfast every morning was fantastic and very filling. Brenda, Kate and Amber were very friendly and accommodating. Very east to get to and close to all kinds of activities, and right down the road from Fox Meadow Creamery, yummmm!! We enjoy visiting this area every few years and like staying in bed and breakfasts. We will definitely be back to Twin Pines Manor on our next visit.
My husband and I needed a quiet relaxing weekend away and that’s exactly what we got at Twin Pines Manor. We stayed in the Amaryllis suite, Which is one of the smaller suites at the bed-and-breakfast, but it was just enough for us. It had everything we needed, including a hot tub, Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Like to go back in the winter, when we can take advantage of the fireplace, we also noticed they were heated floors, which we did not need in April.
The three-course breakfast was amazing. Everything was just so tasty and fresh. It was nice that you had the option to either eat in the small dining room or have it brought to your guestroom.
The game is also a lot of fun with a pool table and a super huge screen TV. Also communal fridge in the room.
We will be returning to Twin Pines next year on our annual pilgrimage to Lancaster.
Tucked away amidst the picturesque landscapes of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, lies the Twin Pine Manor, a haven that echoes with whispers of serenity and old-world charm. In the simple elegance of this historic bed and breakfast, one finds respite from the hustle and bustle of modern life, where time seems to slow down, and tranquility permeates the very air.
The manor, standing tall against the backdrop of rolling hills, exudes a timeless allure. Its weathered façade tells tales of a bygone era, immersing visitors in a sense of nostalgia that only historic architecture can evoke. The rooms, adorned with antique furnishings and period details, transport guests to a simpler time, inviting them to unwind and embrace the solace of the past.
Within the walls of the Twin Pine Manor, hospitality reigns supreme. The innkeepers, like gracious hosts of old, welcome each visitor with genuine warmth…
I am a bit of a stickler for clean, and I am very glad to say that this place was incredibly clean, to where even I felt comfortable. The room, the Twin Tower, was incredibly lovely, the bathroom was lovely, the decorations were lovely, and it was so quiet there it felt very peaceful. The breakfast that was served both mornings was very good and I could not complain at all. The only issue we ran into was that wasps (four of them, of which I AM TERRIFIED) made it into the room because a wasps nest was taken down days prior and these must have been stragglers that made it inside somehow. We notified the staff and they were incredibly nice about it, but we declined to have any spray in our room. But I won't let that muddy this review, we were both very happy with the cleanliness, friendliness, and room over all.

My husband and I stayed at this property over the Halloween weekend in the Alpine Suite. It was an absolutely lovely experience from beginning to end. Brenda and her team could not have been kinder. The food was homemade and excellent. It was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. They were very respectful of our privacy. The common spaces were immaculate and our room was spacious and clean. We will be back and I have recommended this wonderful spot to many people. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved the Tower Suite. It was so spacious & beautifully decorated. Having a kitchenette was very useful. The hot tub was my favorite part though. It's massive and exactly what I needed on my relaxation vacation! The team is very attentive, caring and kind. They made sure I was enjoying my stay. There were several restaurants to choose from and great shopping as well. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I just celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and let me say it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was everything I had pictured online, not a single thing out of place. Beautiful property with a great view overlooking the countryside. We stayed in the Valentine suite. The food was delicious and very satisfying. Highly recommend and would definitely go back again

Twin Pine Manor B&B is awesome! Beautiful spacious property conveniently located, with fabulous rooms and a great 3 course breakfast. A must try if you’re looking for a nice place. Took the Mrs. for our anniversary, booked the Tower Suite, 2 floors, 2 fireplaces, huge 2 person jacuzzi and attention to detail in how the room was designed. Well worth the stay!!!!

We just returned after spending 3 nights at Twin Pine Manor. We enjoyed our stay very much! We stayed in the Country Oaks Suite, which is nicely decorated and the darker colors made it feel very cozy. The room was very clean and had cookies and bottled water there for us to enjoy. We went to the dining room for breakfast and had room service delivered for the other mornings. Every day was absolutely amazing! The cinnamon blondie was one of my favorites. The fresh fruit on the yogurt parfait was so fresh and beautiful. The ladies preparing and serving breakfast were so friendly. I would highly recommend Twin Pine Manor when traveling to Lancaster. I would also highly recommend Fox Meadows Creamery for ice cream and Brickerville House Restaurant. We went twice..it was that good.

Brenda and her staff ensured that we were taken care of from start to finish. She called beforehand to make sure that we knew how to check in since we were arriving late at night and she stopped to chat with us every day to make sure that our stay was going as expected. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The hot tub in our room was clean and heated quickly - bubbles were provided! The baby grand piano is available to play and was a big bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed both the in-person and in-room breakfasts, all of them beautifully plated and delicious to boot. We hope to be back soon to enjoy the other suites!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in the Fox Hunt suite and had the absolute best getaway! For our first night, we went to a concert in Hershey, but we were sad to have to leave and not be able to enjoy our cozy room right away! However, it was an easy drive to and from Hershey. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and wonderful service in the dining room both mornings. A bonus was the free coffee, tea, snacks, soda, and water that were available 24/7. Saturday, we went to Bird and Hand, enjoying the markets and beautiful drive there and back. We loved watching the stars at night from the rooftop, then taking a luxurious bubble bath in the jet tub. We look forward to returning, hopefully bringing some friends and family next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, service, and breakfast were above expectations. If I'm forced to point out an area of improvement it would have to be the lack of table space in the rooms. It was a fantastic experience and we will be coming back.

By far the nicest B&B that we have ever stayed at. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make your stay special! Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning soon!

My husband and I spent 4 days at Twin Pine Manor to celebrate our Anniversary. We reserved the Valentine Suite for our stay. The entire experience was wonderful! We had self check in that was effortless. Our suite was beautiful and immaculate. The many common areas throughout the house were inviting and relaxing. The gameroon quickly became a favorite past time playing pool and having snacks/soft drinks that were provided. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Cyprus on our first evening at the Inn. He is the Innkeeper who met us with such grace and genuineness. He offered advice about things to do in the area and told us all about the Inn. It's rare nowadays to meet young people that are pure in spirit and what a blessing to have met him.Amy and Brenda both provided delicious breakfast daily. We split our days having our meal in the breakfast room and breakfast in our suite. They both asked us about our plans for the day and it was easy talking with them both. The grounds around the Inn are full of color and well maintained. The surrounding areas of Ephrata and Lancaster were peaceful with all the rolling hills, farmland and animals. We will definitely return and would highly recommend Twin Pine Manor to family and friends as a top notch getaway.

My wife and I stayed at the Twin Pine Manor a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Tower Suite, which was fantastic. The breakfast served in your room exceeded our expectations, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc). Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway, and we're likely to return for another stay. (Also, bonus points for having a grand piano available to play and that was in tune!)If I had any critical feedback, it's that I was looking forward to spending time on the rooftop deck (the Tower Suite opens up directly to it) but the furniture up there was pretty weathered (finish was peeling up and wasps crawling around) and seemed unusable.

My husband and I panned a getaway for our 15th. We have three kids and wanted to just hang out. Twin pines is beautiful. We were left alone, but help was a phone call away. Your stay comes with a three course breakfast- we did room service both mornings. The food was phenomenal. Hot and delicious and fresh. Would absolutely recommend for a quiet getaway that is a short drive from entertainment!

Stayed at Twin Pines Manor in the Tower suite for 3 days for our anniversary. The suite was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom with the jacuzzi was very nice.Brenda was a excellent host and served a great breakfast. We also got to met Norman Kurtz the owner a wonderful gentleman .There is not much to do during the weekdays in Ephrata. Two good ice cream stores nearby. Would recommend Brickerville restaurant a few miles down the road. The only down side was the spotty WI-FI and the hard water which Eparata is known for.

We were recently here in July and absolutely adore this place! We did a self-check-in which was seamless. The rooms are a little dated, but they match the pictures so I don't really feel like you can complain about that too much because you know what you're getting. The food was absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we would recommend this stay to anyone.

We booked 8 rooms with Twin Pine Manor for the weekend of our wedding and every guest is already looking at their calendars to find when they can come back. Twin Pine Manor has an extremely cozy feel, while still feeling luxurious and elevated. This combination leaves you feeling perfectly relaxed, wanting to enjoy and explore the property. Tucked away, you feel transported to a quiet estate, but are close to many attractions in Lititz and Lancaster. The staff at Twin Pine Manor have a keen eye for detail. We did a self check in, and the privacy was appreciated. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond in providing us what we needed. We had small surprises in our rooms when we arrived, and all rooms were clean and spacious. Our guests were extremely impressed with the rooms! The game room had complimentary snacks and a fridge to store any brought items as well. There is plenty of common space to spread out and enjoy peace and tranquility. We already fondly look back on our time sitting and chatting together, playing pool, and listening to the water feature out front.Since a majority of the guests knew each other, we had a great time chatting, playing pool, and sharing meals together. Breakfasts were delicious - the courses were well thought out and were the perfect way to start the morning!Twin Pine Manor is a hidden gem. Being able to stay with our families in a private space made our wedding weekend memorable and special. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer. We look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I love this place! This our 4th stay at the Manor and we will most definitely return. The staff is wonderful, the place is spotless and it is oh so quiet, despite being located off a busy road. We love its proximity to all of the places we love to visit while in Lancaster County. You have the option to enjoy their wonderful 3 course breakfast in your room or in the dining room visiting with other guests, which we quite enjoy. And there is no need to be cooped up in your room, as there are many beautiful common areas to relax and enjoy. First floor rooms share a deck and 2nd floor rooms have balconies to enjoy the pastoral views of the farmlands in the back-my favorite place to relax. You will never regret visiting Twin Pine Manor.

Lovely room, very quiet in the B&B, fantastic breakfast, beautiful scenery around the grounds. Nothing very exciting to do close by, but a quick drive to so many things to do.One issue was the lack of a bathroom door. That’s right, great bedroom space, huge bathroom, but only a doorway into the bathroom, no door. No privacy if you’d like to use the toilet. We shared the annoyance stated in other reviews about the air conditioner. There is no way to keep the air fan running, so throughout the night it turns on and off. It’s loud, so it’s tough to sleep through it turning on and off. We’d stay again if we are in the area, but we’d make sure there is a bathroom door.

We loved spending our anniversary weekend at Twin Pine Manor! The house is beautiful and the room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a jacuzzi tub and a small balcony. We went in September, so the garden was gorgeous and a very peaceful place to spend time talking and reading. The homemade breakfast was a highlight! Super delicious and filling, and our host was so kind. The location is a great base for exploring the area. We went to Lititz for dinner, Walz vineyards for a wine tasting, and two tasty ice cream shops (on the same street at the manor!). If you are looking for a low key place to relax and spend quality time with your significant other, I highly recommend Twin Pine Manor!

We loved our long weekend getaway at Twin Pine Manor! Everyone was so kind and inviting. Breakfast each morning was amazing and filling. An added bonus was coffee, snacks, water, and soda were available 24/7 at no extra charge. The jacuzzi phenomenal! Cleanliness of the room wow! I take my own cleaning supplies with me when we go anywhere and did not have to use them at all which is saying a lot because I have very high standards! The view from our room was nice with a view of farmland and sheep in the distance. We also recommend The Olde Lincoln House for lunch or dinner great food and just minutes away. We went on a tour of the Cloister House which was also very close by and did some shopping in Lancaster. Thanks again for a great stay, we can’t wait for our next visit!

I've finally returned to reality ;( and already scheduling my return!! In July!! with his friends (a couple) after he told them about the greatness he experienced!. This B&B is absolutely the definition of R&R! it was exceptionally peaceful in ways of sleep, comfort, Location a safe secluded place. The customer service is amazing! Katie(innkeeper), Brenda, Amy ( makes your delicious Breakfast) if known in advance they make your breakfast specific for your dietary needs. The Caramel French Toasts & Baked Apple with maple granola on top was my favorite !!! The Portions are enough to satisfy the hunger pains . They all make your experience very homely and relaxing your entire week!. We ordered room service which you can choose that or dine at the table which most of the guest did. This was mine & my loves 1st B&B now it's his Go-to lol. When we arrived it felt like a super cool Mission-esq movie where you get an envelope from a old school phone booth with your name and 2 pieces of paper in it telling you (to proceed to your next mission lol jkn ) the ins & outs of everything. We got the Amaryllis Suite! the beds were overly comfy and soft guaranteed easily a wonderful sleep!. The closet had the soft robes and extras if needed, you honestly didn't have to leave your room unless you wanted a beverage!. The deck was nice any part of the day! The set up was so nice & lit up it was perfect for a romantic night dinner outside (but the wind was too much so we took it inside) but left the door cracked because the wind was still a nice breeze coming into our room, No critters or anything came in despite being on the ground floor. The Jacuzzi was Hot, bubbly and soothing (they provide you with the correct items to use, you can't bring/use your own stuff in the jacuzzi). The Vibe all around was peaceful , I even caught the Beautiful Sun rise from start to bloom!. It's no Hesitation I'd come here again and highly recommend it although I'd love to keep this wonderful Gem to myself! of its amazing peaceful experience it' is already out of the bag!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a "Babymoon"-one last chance to get away by ourselves! The room was comfortable, the bathroom was incredibly spacious and luxurious, and everything was impeccably clean. The grounds and outdoor areas were beautiful and well-kept. There were several common areas to relax in (both inside and outside), and having snacks and drinks available 24/7 was a nice touch. The breakfasts were delicious, and we were provided with lots of options of restaurants and activities in the area. Above all, the staff were all so friendly, kind, and accommodating. We truly felt like we were appreciated as guests. Even if you're used to staying in B & B's, Twin Pine Manor is a cut above! We will definitely be back!

First stay in a B&B and couldn’t have asked for a better experience and nicer accommodations. Staff was outstanding, they made our check-in extremely easy and the Chef provided us with a fantastic 3 course breakfast each morning. Room was clean exceeded our expectations. B&B location made it easy to travel throughout the surrounding Lancaster area during our trip, most of the major destinations were only 15-20 minutes away. Although close to the highway, property was extremely quiet. Highly recommended Twin Pine Manor if you are looking for a place to stay besides the chain hotels.

This B&B is absolutely gorgeous. Each room has it's own unique decor. The are spacious, extremely clean and relaxing. The common areas are beautiful, with plenty to offer. This is not my first stay here, and it certainly won't be my last. I did a four night stay and didn't want to leave. The staff is friendly a very accommodating. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Don't hesitate to book a stay, it is more than worth it.

I’m not even sure where to begin, this Bed & Breakfast is absolutely beautiful! We didn’t want to leave. The room was spacious and unique, we loved that we were able to have the option of breakfast being delivered to our room; the breakfast was wonderful! The grounds are stunning and very well kept. The common areas are so cozy and welcoming. They have a great area to hang out and play games, (they even had a selection of games to borrow) play pool or just sit and relax outside on the beautiful deck. We appreciated the drinks and goodies that are provided. There are great restaurants and things to do near the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the future. You won’t regret staying here!

We loved it here. The rooms are very fun and relaxing. The grounds are lovely with multiple decks and gazebos. Breakfast was fantastic. Our only complaint is that it was a bit of a drive to any sights or activities, so you can't do as much in a day here. However, if you're looking to relax, this is the place!

We have visited Twin Pine Manor for 18 years and recommend it for anyone that wants to visit the area. It is not like the typical b&b. The common areas and guest rooms are unique and comfortable. Brenda and the rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast that they provide is delicious. Twin Pine Manor can't be beat. Five Star!!!!

This bed and breakfast is by far one of the best in the area. This was our second stay and will be the one we choose when we need a quick refresh. It's everything you want from beautiful decor to comfortable bed to a quiet and calming atmosphere. The owner and staff are pleasant, informative and friendly.

My wife and I have stayed at Twin Pine Manor a couple of times and have very much enjoyed ourselves. The location is convenient and close to some great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are quiet and we never hear others walking around or making noise. Everyone respects the quiet hours and the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there is a recreation room with some snacks and water bottles and soda as a nice added touch. The check-in process is very easy. We have added Twin Pine Manor as our annual get-away weekend to enjoy the Lancaster area. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, friendly, and affordable B&B experience, Twin Pine Manor is a good choice.

My Wife and I were just there for 4 days celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, this place is so amazing, Brenda and her staff are incredible, nothing is too much for them to do to make your stay as comfortable as possible, Brenda cooks and serves the Breakfast, on the days that Brenda is off, Amy does it. I can not say enough about these sweet ladies. Now, the rooms are beautiful and so very comfortable. The grounds are breathtaking, I sat on the porch early each morning to have my Prayer time as I looked over the beauty, God’s beautiful creation. You need to come here soon.

I've never been to LancasterWhen I was looking online, I came across this B&B. I'm so happy I did.Twin Pines is not only personal, but very romantic. Love that the rooms are very different, but always comfortable. Love the fact that they're all personal, private, and comfortable. We were there last January, I've already booked my room for next year. Don't hesitate. Any room you book here is amazing. We are looking forward to stay in the tower suite in January.

We selected this bed and breakfast because it was a perfect location between the UDS Foundation gala in Lancaster and the area we wanted to hike and geocache in.The bed and breakfast is a gorgeous mansion. There are several rooms to relax in a pool room and 24 hour snacks, coffee and tea.Was elegant and every room has a balcony or a patio. The bed is extremely comfortable. The breakfast chef makes fabulous food.

Absolutely love this bed and breakfast. Check-in you ring a button at the front door and were greeted by Brenda (horrible at remembering names I hope I got your name right) and she was the nicest person and makes this place beautiful. Brenda went over all the paperwork with us and made sure we understood everything and then gave us a tour of the whole house and grounds.Rooms were well taken care of and clean, beds were comfy and loved our jacuzzi. This was the first bed and breakfast I've been to and I'm glad I picked here and will be coming back the next time I need a romantic getaway from the work burnout.

We stayed here in the fox hunt suite. It has outside access with one parking spot available around the back(there are additional sparking spots out front). We were contacted prior to arrival for an estimated arrival time as after 5pm the check in is virtual. There was a packet left for us to access the lobby and the key to our room. The room is very comforting, clean, has excellent light settings, and had 2 bottles of water and chocolate chip cookies on the nightstand. The floor tiles by the jacuzzi tub are heated! Mineral bath is provided for jacuzzi. My favorite part of the rooms is they do not have white towels. We did enjoy the game room, which is where you find complimentary snacks, waters, and soda.

Wonderful B&B! We loved that there were so many areas outside of the bedrooms to gather. They have a very large game room and several sitting areas. They supply very generous snacks both in the bedrooms and the game room. Breakfasts were fantastic!

The TPMBB staff from the 1st phone call to the last was so friendly and worked with me on getting my stay set up. Breakfast they understood I need gluten free and the came through 100% each morning we had room service and the meal was amazing and perfect to our request. Staff friendly and always there if you need them. Even being a BB we had privacy and relaxing and quiet. The BB is big enough even if others staying there at sametime as us you didn't know it unless in the common areas which we still had to ourselves. We watch TV on big screen while we played pool for hours and other games. The BB also provided snacks and drinks, coffee, tea and wine glasses if you brought wine and bottle openers. Our room was the alpine rustic and spacious, the 2 person jacuzzi tub was the best spent hours in it. Bed and pillows perfect for us. In room mini fridge and balcony for a great view of farm land. So you dont just get awsome rooms you get the who Manor to spend your stay. If they offered lunch or dinner I would if never left the manor. The place is beautiful the landscaping is relaxing to sit. We are ready to plan our next stay. I think again this year. To stay one night is great but 2 or more nights is just the way to go. Thank you TPMBB for giving us a great experience for our first time with you definitely a 10 ***** from us. Michael and Cindy Garver.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Twin Pines. Amy and Brenda could not have been nicer, welcoming or more accommodating. Just the nicest ladies! The room and Inn were immaculate and having special touches like snacks and beverages available is awesome. We enjoyed playing pool and having coffee out all day is a nice touch.Unfortunately as much as I would love to give 5 stars I cannot and here is why.1) Our room the Amaryllis room claimed to have a queen bed, but it was definitely not, it was a full. My hubby and I are not small people and we slept on a queen for many years before we upgraded to a king, so we know how big a queen is. So that was a little disappointing.2) The room was small but cozy and led to the outside deck with a wall of windows with blinds. It was still SO bright in the morning that it was difficult to sleep in. The addition of curtains would be great.3) The “3 course breakfast” although tasty, needed more variety. I was expecting French Toast, Pancakes, or an omelet maybe. We stayed for 3 nights and the main course for every breakfast was an egg based casserole or quiche in a large ramekin. I am not a huge egg fan so that was disappointing. We just thought for a place as nice as TPM that the breakfast didn’t equal that level of quality.4) We had to checkout early to attend a funeral, but I agree with others that a 10:30am checkout time is too early. If you need more time to clean, then maybe you should hire more cleaning staff so guests don’t have to check out so early.5) Lastly, the room was a little warm and when I mentioned that to Amy she kindly offered to bump the temperature down a few degrees bc the control for the heat was outside of our room. She said if it was still too warm to put on the AC which we ended up doing…in December. Crazy! All in all it was a nice stay. I think with a few changes our stay could have been spectacular! We stay at quite a few B and B’s so we have a good baseline for what to expect and what makes an unforgettable stay. TPM unfortunately just slightly missed the mark.

Place is sooooo nice! It was so clean! I cant remember the one ladies name who checked us in, but she was soooo nice! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy! It feels very gothic outside. My husband booked the Victorian room and it is now my favorite! The jacuzzi was amazing! The balcony makes you feel like you are in a tree house! The breakfast Brenda served was incredible! Will be back here very soon, until then, Miss you Twin Pines❤️

My wife and I absolutely loved our 2 night stay at this B&B. It was extremely clean..and the staff were beyond accommodating and super nice! We stayed in the Alpine suite which was amazing! The breakfast prepared and served by Brenda was 11 out of 10 Absolutely Delicious 😋 we can't say enough about Brenda who is the manager who also prepared breakfast! She is top notch!!! We will be back many more times. If you're looking for an outstanding experience at a very clean and beautiful B&B look no further. You will enjoy it!!!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay to celebrate our 1st Anniversary. My wife found Twin Pine online and she really liked The Tower Suite so we booked it. I added a romantic package. Chocolates, flowers, and sparkling cider were waiting in our suite when we checked in. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning was certainly welcome, but the breakfast itself wasn't very noteworthy.Keep in mind that this inn is about 30 minutes from any major Amish attractions and there are many back roads and windy roads. One of the ladies at the inn advised us of a local place to go visit and we enjoyed our time.We enjoyed the hot tub and the in room fireplaces! The rooftop balcony was nice but unfortunately it was raining the weekend we stayed.Overall, we were very pleased with our weekend and our stay at the Twin Pine.

What an amazing experience! We love Lancaster and have stayed at a number of hotels and B&B's...but none can compare to Twin Pine Manor B&B! We were so grateful to discover it and found the price so reasonable (for being one of the top 10 B&B's in the nation) and even competitive with local hotel rates, where you get nothing more than a room and a run of the mill breakfast. It was an absolutely delightful experience from the moment we arrived until our last day. The staff are some of the sweetest and most accommodating folk you will ever want to meet. We so enjoyed conversing with Brenda and Amy...one sweeter than the other! Such professionals with such down-to-earth practical kindness. The Christmas decor and general ambiance of this property is beyond beautiful and inviting. The gourmet breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful dining area with private tables for each couple. We can't wait to return!

I can’t say enough positive things about Twin Pine Manor. My husband and I stayed here two times now and both experiences were absolutely amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the staff is the most accommodating staff I’ve ever met. Everyone is so nice! I will stay here over and over. The best hidden gem in Ephrata if you ask me!

Tucked away amidst the picturesque landscapes of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, lies the Twin Pine Manor, a haven that echoes with whispers of serenity and old-world charm. In the simple elegance of this historic bed and breakfast, one finds respite from the hustle and bustle of modern life, where time seems to slow down, and tranquility permeates the very air.The manor, standing tall against the backdrop of rolling hills, exudes a timeless allure. Its weathered façade tells tales of a bygone era, immersing visitors in a sense of nostalgia that only historic architecture can evoke. The rooms, adorned with antique furnishings and period details, transport guests to a simpler time, inviting them to unwind and embrace the solace of the past.Within the walls of the Twin Pine Manor, hospitality reigns supreme. The innkeepers, like gracious hosts of old, welcome each visitor with genuine warmth and make them feel right at home. Their stories flow freely, greeting ears with tidbits of local lore and recommendations that unveil the hidden gems of Lancaster. Their attentiveness is unobtrusive, offering assistance when needed and allowing guests to find solace in their own company.Beyond its four walls, the manor reveals a breathtaking panorama. Lush gardens unfold like vibrant tapestries, inviting weary souls to saunter amidst vibrant blooms and verdant foliage. Here, one can find solace in nature's embrace, a respite from the chaos of the world. And as the sun sets, casting an ethereal glow, the Twin Pine Manor transforms into a sanctuary of tranquility, igniting a flame of peace within each traveler's heart. In Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the Twin Pine Manor offers more than just a place to rest one's head—it provides respite for the soul. Hemingway himself would have found solace within its walls and inspiration in its timeless beauty. While brimming with nostalgia, this enchanting bed and breakfast remains a testament to the enduring allure of a bygone era. For those seeking refuge from the cacophony of modern life, the Twin Pine Manor offers a haven of peace and grace in the heart of Lancaster.

My wife and I frequently visit Lancaster county. On this trip we waited too long to book so we decided to try Twin Pines. It’s a bit off our usual beaten path, but very convenient to the Green Dragon. The rooms are nicely appointed, but small. The facility itself is huge and very eclectic. It’s a converted modern, mini-mansion and not completely conducive to its current purpose. Not exactly what we typically expect from a B&B, but overall it was a nice stay. Sadly, despite posts we read, the breakfasts were not special, but I blame it on this post-Covid era of limiting menus and service. The staff was super friendly and the other guests were really nice.

We had an amazing time here! Beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, amazing tub, and lovely staff. The included breakfast was different each day and excellent and the staff was so friendly and kind. This is a great location close to downtown Ephrata and not far from Lancaster, Lititz, and Strasburg. I would absolutely stay again and look forward to doing so in the future!

We loved our stay at Twin Pine Manor B&B!! The room was beautiful (the whole place was beautiful) and the service was wonderful. Robin gave us a great welcome and tour and Brenda served an amazing breakfast every day. The location the was perfect and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only tiny nitpick I will mention, only for anyone that might be planning/need to work a little while there... the wifi is pretty bad, haha. For us? Who cares. We were not there to be on the internet... and obviously it doesn't stop me from giving them 5/5 stars (1000 out of 5 if possible, lol). I just mention it for the sake of being thorough. We will 100% be back again. No question.

This place is amazing!!! We were looking for somewhere to elope. When I found Twin Pine Manor online and saw the grounds, I knew this was the place. When I orignally called to ask if it would be okay to get married there, they told me they do not allow weddings. But when I explained it would only be us and an offiecient they said okay and we said I Do!The keepers were amazing, the rooms were great. They food was delicious. They grounds were so pretty. They experience will be in our hearts forever! We are definately going back again. We stayed in the Alpine room and will try the tower next time. Highly suggest Twin Pines Manor. We have been to many B & B's and this place stands above the rest in many ways.Sherri and Michael

My husband and I needed to get away from it all, recharge and spend some much needed quality time together. I surprised him with an overnight trip to Twin Pine Manor. It was our first visit. This place is immaculate. Right away I was regretting not booking it for 2 nights. One was just not enough. We had the Amaryllis Suite . This room is on the first floor. It has a super comfy Queen bed and a hot tub. The hot tub fits 2 perfectly. They even supply the bubbles and 2 soft comfy robes! Our room was right next to the kitchen which was very convenient and no noise at all. We explored the Manor and the grounds...AMAZING! There is a beautiful deck to sit out on with a country view which we had access to from our room. Parking for our suite was right outside which made it easy to transport our bags and cooler. We chose to have our breakfast delivered to our room. It's the first time we ever had room service..how cool! Thank you Brenda for the delicious breakfast and your kindness and hospitality. The whole place is just so cozy..and clean. The chocolate chip cookies that were complimentary in our room were the best ever! My husband fell asleep after using the hot tub so I ate his! I can't even begin to tell you how relaxing this little trip was. Just one night helped us feel that closeness again and has given us more happy memories to add to the 18 years we have together already. We have already booked our next visit and I can't wait! If you're thinking about staying here just DO IT! You won't regret it. The Devine's give it 5 stars!

This place has such a cozy feeling to it and is beautiful!! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean. My Bride of 25 years and I spent an amazing week here. I cannot say enough about this B&B. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate and I can’t say enough about the delicious complementary breakfast. The only down side for this is that our stay wasn’t long enough. Thank you for a very memorable stay. If we plan a trip in Lancaster county again we will most definitely remember Twin Pine Manor. Thanks for everything Jay & Christy Gardenhour Waynesboro, Pa.

The inn is a very peaceful, gorgeous oasis to visit, relax, and decompress. The suites are well-appointed, comfortable themed rooms. The delicious breakfast includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Lastly, the staff is one of the main reasons why we visit the inn on an annual basis. They are very welcoming, friendly, and go out of their way to make us feel at home. We love Twin Pine Manor and always look forward to our visit and hate when we have to leave.
