Reservations are confirmed with a one (1) night deposit.

Season: Our B&B is open seven days a week all year round. Our low season runs from December through July. Our high season runs from August through November.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations significantly affect us. Once you have secured your reservations with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit (less a $30 cancellation fee) with at least 14 days advance notice. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations less than 14 days, and if the room is not re-booked, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay (balance due).

Early Departure: There are no refunds for early departure.

Two night (Friday & Saturday) weekend bookings apply during the months of September and October for all of our guest rooms. From November through August, the Amaryllis, Fox Hunt, Grapevine and Valentine Suites may be booked for one night; however, the Tower, Alpine, Country Oak, Windsor and Victorian Suites always require a two night stay for weekend bookings.

Special group rates are available if you rent all 9 rooms for a 2-day weekend. Please call us for details.

Check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. Charges may apply. If you will be later than 5 p.m. we ask you to notify us in advance and call when you are 30 minutes away to ensure someone is at the door to greet you and give you a tour. After hours self check-ins are also available with advanced approval.

Check-out time is by 10:30 AM.

Smoking policy: For health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside verandas. Thank you.

Children thirteen and older are welcome.

Pets? Sorry no room in the Inn

Three Course Plated Breakfast Served at 8:30 a.m. every morning. Guest are served an appetizer, main course, and dessert.

During the month of MAY breakfast is being delivered to guest rooms at no extra cost. Starting June 4th guests will have the option of room service or a full service breakfast at a private dining area.

*All entrees are served with juice, coffee or tea, pastry, and fruit
**We are happy to deliver a Gluten Free or Dairy Free Option with at least 24 hours advanced notice

UPDATED SAFETY PROCEDURES

We want our guests to know that their safety is of the utmost importance to us. Here is what we are doing at Twin Pine Manor to keep our quests and employees safe and our B&B disinfected. 

We are asking the following questions through an email we send to all of our guests prior to arrival. These questions require a response within 24 hours of your stay or we will be forced to cancel your reservation.  If you responded yes to any of these questions then we would politely ask you to refrain from staying at our B&B at this time to protect our staff and future guests.  If your reservation is cancelled we will happily refund your deposit less the $30 cancellation fee or issue a gift certificate for the full amount to be used for a future stay.
