Reservations are confirmed with a one (1) night deposit.

Season: Our B&B is open seven days a week all year round. Our low season runs from December through May. Our high season runs from June through November. Two night minimum bookings apply during the months June through November for all of our rooms.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations significantly affect us. Once you have secured your reservations with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay, unless you purchase “Travel Protection.” If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit (less a $30 cancellation fee) with at least 14 days advance notice. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice and no “Travel Protection”, deposits will be forfeited and if the room is not re-booked, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay (balance due). If you purchased “Travel Protection” you will be eligible to receive a 100% reimbursement minus the Travel Protection fee if you cannot make your reservation with less than 14 days notice due to an unexpected illness including COVID-19 infection, other health condition, death, or injury. Things to know about Check In:

Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.

Monday – Friday staff guided check in is between 3- 5PM.

Saturday & Sunday is self check-in anytime after 3PM.

Our office is open to call daily from 9:00AM – 8:00PM

If you will be later than 5 PM Mon-Fri or you are checking in on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask you to notify us in advance so that we can give you the self check-in instructions and answer any questions you may have. We will charge your card on file the day of arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

Check-out time is by 10:30 AM. Guests who leave after 10:30 a.m. will be charged $25 an hour.

Early Departure: There are no refunds for early departure.

Special group rates may be available if you rent all 9 rooms for a 2 or more nights. Please call us for details.

Smoking policy: For health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside verandas. There is a $100 fine if we find evidence of smoking in our guest rooms or in any common areas. Thank you.

Children thirteen and older are welcome.

Pets? Sorry no room in the Inn

We ask our guests to observe quiet time hours between 10:30 p.m. – 8 a.m. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please; we simply ask you to be thoughtful as others may be sleeping.

Three Course Plated Breakfast — Currently, we are offering your choice of free room service or dining service. Room service is delivered between 8:00-8:15 a.m.. Breakfast in our dining room is served at 9:00 a.m.. Guest’s dining preference will be made at check-in or prior. We apologize but we will not be able to accommodate last minute changes. Guests are served an appetizer, main course, dessert, and coffee/tea/juice.

SAFETY/CLEANLINESS

We want our guests to know that their safety is of the utmost importance to us. Being diligent and careful with our cleaning procedures has always been of the utmost importance to us. We believe that caring for the cleanliness of the Manor communicates that we care about every detail of our guests stay here.
