Small Print Stuff!

RESERVATIONS:

• Reservations may be confirmed with a one (1) night deposit.

• Cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, & Discover accepted.

• Season: Open Friday and Saturday nights beginning with the first weekend of April through the second weekend of December. Visit may be extended on either side of weekend. Open two weekends in February for Valentine’s Day with a two-night (Friday & Saturday) minimum stay. Reservations are taken year-round.

• Cancellation:  Deposit refunded (less $25.00 processing fee) or may be applied to another reservation date, if we are notified 14 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations less than 14 days, unless we are able to re-book the room. If the room is not rebooked, your credit card will be charged for the balance due.

• Early Departure: Your full reservation must be honored.

• Two night (Friday & Saturday) weekend bookings apply during the months of September, October, November and December for all of our guest rooms. From April through August, the Fox Hunt Room, Grapevine Suite and Valentine Suite may be booked for one night; however, the Tower Suite, Alpine Suite, Country Oak Suite, Windsor Suite and Victorian Suite always require a two night stay.

• Special group rates (if you rent all of the rooms for a weekend) are available during the months of January and March.

Check-in time is 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Please make alternate arrangements if unable to check-in at designated time.

Check-out time is by 10:30 AM.

Smoking policy:  For health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is permitted only on outside verandas. Thank you.

Children sixteen and older are welcome.

Pets?  Sorry no room in the Inn!

TV, DVDs, Bath robes and hairdryers available in every room.

Full Breakfast — 8:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Guests will receive a card for a “free breakfast for two” at a local restaurant for weekday mornings of extended stays.
